This Version 3.0 supersedes and replaces Version 2.3 (Effective May 11, 2026). It is restated for the Vilixium membership model: it adds the membership governing documents and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, reflects the reissued Affiliate Program Agreement, describes the membership application and members-only storefront, and states that the Services serve the United States only.

This Website Legal Index (this “Index”) provides a centralized overview of all legal policies, agreements, disclosures, and governing documents applicable to the websites located at wellnessfromwithin.life (the public Wellness From Within site) and www.vilixium.com, including all subdomains of each (including the members area at members.vilixium.com and the partner and CRM portal at portal.vilixium.com) and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). Wellness From Within is the Private Membership Association (the “PMA”). VLXM LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“VLXM LLC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is the company that operates the Vilixium® brand and commercially supports the PMA under licence from its parent company.

Each document referenced below is either incorporated into the Terms of Service or applies as a stand-alone governing document and, in either case, forms part of the binding framework between you and us where the document by its terms so provides. Use of the Services constitutes acceptance of all applicable documents listed below, in addition to any other terms presented to you in connection with a specific transaction or with membership.

1. Core Governing Agreements

Terms of Service — the primary agreement governing access to and use of the Services, the membership, and the members-only storefront, including arbitration, class-action waiver, dispute resolution, limitations of liability, indemnification, and user obligations. Member Agreement, Constitution and Bylaws — the governing documents of the Wellness From Within Private Membership Association (the PMA), describing membership, member rights and obligations, and the association’s governance. Presented on application and posted in the members area.

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy — how consumer health data (including optional wellness-assessment responses) is collected, used, retained, and protected, and how consent is obtained and withdrawn. 2. Health and Product Disclosures

Medical Disclaimer — clarifies that products are dietary supplements not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, that structure/function statements appear only in the members area, that the wellness assessment and any Live Blood Analysis content are non-diagnostic, and that FDA facility registration is not product approval. Product Labeling Supremacy — in the event of any inconsistency between marketing or member-area content and product labels, the product label controls. Users are responsible for reviewing labels, warnings, and instructions before use.

3. Marketing, Advertising, and Endorsements

Affiliate Program Agreement — terms for affiliates promoting the Vilixium membership, including the public-surface zero-product-claims rule, FTC disclosure obligations, prohibited conduct, and lifetime, customer-based commission on protocol orders (Version 3.0). Marketing and Claims Compliance Standards (Internal) — internal standards governing permissible claims and marketing, including the Up-Funnel Hook System that governs what may be said on public surfaces, maintained by the compliance function and not posted publicly.

4. Consumer Rights and Privacy Controls

California Privacy Rights / Do Not Sell or Share Notice — describes California-resident rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information (including wellness-assessment data). Cookie Preferences and Tracking Controls — users may manage certain cookie preferences through browser settings or available tools on the Services.

5. Operational and Transactional Policies

Membership Application and Acceptance — membership applications are reviewed and are subject to approval; the one-time lifetime membership fee is refunded if an application is not approved.

Order Acceptance Terms — all Orders through the members-only storefront are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance, verification, and compliance review, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Payment Processing Terms — payments are processed through third-party providers, subject to their terms and policies.

Shipping and Delivery Terms — fulfillment, delivery expectations, and transfer of title and risk of loss are set out in the Terms of Service. We ship within the United States only, to all states except Washington and Nevada.

6. Enforcement and Compliance Framework

We enforce our legal framework through contractual, technical, and operational controls, including:

Mandatory acceptance of governing agreements at membership application and at checkout, including informed-consent acknowledgements;

Consent capture for the optional wellness assessment under the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, kept separate from advertising and analytics systems;

Evidence logging of consent, transactions, and communications (including IP address, timestamp, and policy version in effect);

Monitoring for fraud, abuse, and policy violations;

Chargeback defense and dispute management procedures;

Affiliate and marketing compliance enforcement, including the public-surface zero-product-claims rule; and

Content review and approval processes for member stories, testimonials, and endorsements.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may update any document listed in this Index at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Services with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised documents.

8. Hierarchy of Documents

In the event of any conflict between documents: the Terms of Service controls as the primary governing agreement, except that specific policies (the Refund and Returns Policy, the Subscription Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the California Privacy Rights / Do Not Sell or Share Notice) control as to their respective subject matter; the Member Agreement and Constitution and Bylaws govern membership and association matters; product labeling controls as to product use, ingredients, and safety; and mandatory non-waivable legal disclosures and consumer-protection rights apply as required by law.

9. Geographic Scope

The Services are operated from the United States and are offered to customers in the United States only. Membership, the members-only storefront, and product orders are available only to persons with a valid U.S. shipping address in a served jurisdiction (all U.S. states except Washington and Nevada). We do not offer membership or sell or ship products internationally through this website. A separate affiliated entity supports domestic Canadian operations under its own governing documents and is not part of this framework.
