CLINIC & WHOLESALE TERMS
VLXM LLC — Vilixium® Brand

These Clinic and Wholesale Terms (this "Agreement") apply to clinics, med spas, wellness businesses, and other wholesale applicants ("Buyer," "you"). Wholesale applications and partner resources live on portal.vilixium.com; public surfaces include wellnessfromwithin.life and www.vilixium.com. Wellness From Within is the PMA; VLXM LLC is the company that operates the Vilixium® brand. By submitting a clinic/wholesale inquiry or placing a wholesale order, you agree to these terms plus our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Medical Disclaimer.
1. Application and approval
Wholesale access requires written approval. MOQ tiers, pricing, and payment terms are provided upon acceptance. Until approved, all purchases are retail and subject to standard consumer terms.
2. Authorized purchasers
You represent that you are authorized to bind the business entity identified in your application and that products will be sold or dispensed in compliance with applicable law.
3. Resale and distribution
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not resell through unauthorized marketplaces, export re-packagers, or channels that violate Vilixium brand standards. Cross-border resale must comply with import laws in the destination country.
4. Product claims
You will not make disease-treatment claims and will include appropriate supplement disclaimers with any patient or customer communications.
5. Invoices and fulfillment
Bulk orders, invoices, and shipment scheduling are handled per the approved wholesale schedule. Title and risk pass upon carrier pickup unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
6. Returns
Wholesale returns follow our Refund and Returns Policy unless a separate wholesale addendum specifies otherwise.
7. Termination
We may revoke wholesale status for payment default, compliance violations, or unauthorized resale.
