CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS / DO NOT SELL OR SHARE NOTICE

VLXM LLC --- Vilixium® Brand --- Version 3.0 --- Effective Date: August 18, 2026

This California Privacy Rights / Do Not Sell or Share Notice (this “Notice”) supplements the Privacy Policy of VLXM LLC and applies to California residents whose personal information is collected through the websites located at wellnessfromwithin.life (the public Wellness From Within site) and www.vilixium.com, including all subdomains of each (including the members area at members.vilixium.com and the partner and CRM portal at portal.vilixium.com) or related services (the “Services”). Wellness From Within is the Private Membership Association (the “PMA”). VLXM LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“VLXM LLC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is the company that operates the Vilixium® brand and commercially supports the PMA under licence from its parent company. It is provided to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, “CCPA”), and applicable regulations of the California Privacy Protection Agency.

1. Scope

This Notice applies to personal information we collect, use, and disclose about California residents in connection with the Services. It does not apply to information exempt from CCPA, including certain employment-related and business-to-business information, information governed by other privacy laws where applicable, or information collected in a manner exempt from CCPA.

2. Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information about California residents:

Identifiers (name, email address, postal address, phone number, IP address, device identifier, account credentials);

Customer records information (billing and shipping addresses, transaction history, contact information);

Commercial information (membership status, purchase history, subscription details, product interactions);

Internet or other electronic network activity information (browsing on the Services, click behavior, and, on public surfaces, ad interactions);

Geolocation information (approximate location derived from IP address);

Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information (customer service communications or user-submitted media);

Professional information (in limited contexts, such as affiliate applications);

Inferences drawn from the above to personalize the member experience; and

Sensitive personal information, consisting of (a) account login credentials, and (b) health-related information you voluntarily provide through the optional members-area wellness assessment, which we also treat as consumer health data.

3. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from you; automatically through your interaction with the Services; from service providers (such as payment processors, U.S. shipping carriers, analytics vendors, affiliate networks, and customer support platforms); from advertising and measurement partners (public surfaces only); and from publicly available sources, where permitted by law.

4. Purposes for Collection and Use

We use personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including providing and operating the Services; reviewing membership applications; processing Orders and Subscriptions; personalizing the member experience; communicating with members; preventing fraud and abuse; complying with legal obligations; defending legal claims; measuring and improving our marketing (on public surfaces) and the Services; and supporting business operations, including corporate transactions. We use sensitive personal information, including wellness-assessment responses, only to provide and personalize the membership as reasonably expected, and not to infer characteristics for advertising.

5. Categories of Recipients

We may disclose personal information to service providers and processors; our corporate affiliates (including our parent company); professional advisors; advertising, analytics, and measurement partners (public surfaces only); affiliate networks; payment processors; U.S. shipping carriers; law enforcement and regulators; and parties to corporate transactions. Service providers that support the wellness assessment are restricted to using consumer health data only to provide services to us. For more detail, see the Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

6. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. Under CCPA, certain disclosures involving advertising, analytics, and cross-context behavioral advertising on public surfaces may be considered “sharing,” and California residents may opt out. In the preceding twelve (12) months, depending on user interaction and active marketing technologies on public surfaces, the following categories may have been “shared” under CCPA: identifiers; internet or other electronic network activity information; geolocation information; and inferences drawn from the foregoing, in each case to advertising, analytics, and measurement partners for cross-context behavioral advertising or marketing measurement.

We do NOT sell or share sensitive personal information or consumer health data, including wellness-assessment responses, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising the personal information of California residents under 16 years of age.

7. Your California Privacy Rights

Subject to verification, exceptions, and legal limitations, California residents have the following rights:

7.1 Right to Know. You may request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing it, the categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed, sold, or shared it, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected.

7.2 Right to Delete. You may request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (such as retention required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or completion of a transaction). This includes deletion of wellness-assessment responses.

7.3 Right to Correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

7.4 Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising on public surfaces. Use the method made available on the Services (including, where applicable, an opt-out link in the website footer) or contact us at contact@vilixium.com. Where technically feasible and legally required, we process recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Consumer health data is never sold or shared regardless of any signal.

7.5 Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. You may direct us to limit our use of sensitive personal information to that which is reasonably necessary to provide the services reasonably expected. Our current use of sensitive personal information — including wellness-assessment responses — is already limited to providing and personalizing the membership, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you or for advertising. You may withdraw consent to the wellness assessment at any time as described in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

7.6 Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, including by denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different level or quality of service, except as permitted by law.

8. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at contact@vilixium.com or by mail at VLXM LLC, 7803 SW Ellipse Way, Unit 24, Stuart, Florida 34997. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by CCPA. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request and may deny a request if we cannot verify your identity, if an exception applies, or if the request is otherwise not required by law. You may designate an authorized agent, and we may require written authorization, verification of your identity, and verification of the agent’s identity as permitted by CCPA.

9. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, defend legal claims, and enforce our agreements. Consumer health data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, as described in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Retention periods vary by category and use.

10. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, including by denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different level or quality of service, except as permitted by law. Any participation in a financial incentive program is voluntary and subject to additional terms.

11. Updates to This Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Notice.
