PRACTITIONER PROGRAM TERMS
VLXM LLC — Vilixium® Brand

These Practitioner Program Terms (this "Agreement") govern your application for, and participation in, the Vilixium practitioner program operated by VLXM LLC ("VLXM," "we," "us"), which commercially supports the Wellness From Within PMA. Practitioner resources live on the partner portal at portal.vilixium.com; public surfaces include wellnessfromwithin.life and www.vilixium.com. By submitting a practitioner application or accessing practitioner resources, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Medical Disclaimer.
1. Eligibility
You represent that you are a licensed or credentialed healthcare or wellness professional (or equivalent in your jurisdiction) and that all license, certification, and identity information you provide is accurate and current. We may verify credentials before approval.
2. Program scope
Approved practitioners may receive access to protocol documentation, educational materials, and ordering pathways as described on the practitioner portal. The program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or medical director relationship.
3. Compliance obligations
You agree to
- Comply with all applicable laws, professional standards, and advertising rules (including FDA/FTC dietary supplement rules)
- Not represent Vilixium as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease
- Obtain appropriate informed consent from patients or clients before recommending supplements
- Maintain confidentiality of any non-public program materials marked confidential
4. Credential verification
You authorize VLXM to verify licenses and credentials with issuing authorities or third-party verification services. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination.
5. Orders and commissions
Where a practitioner referral or commission program applies, separate payout terms will be communicated upon approval. All product orders remain subject to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate practitioner access at any time for misrepresentation, compliance violations, or conduct harmful to the Vilixium brand. You may discontinue participation by notifying contact@vilixium.com.
