COOKIE POLICY
VLXM LLC --- Vilixium® Brand --- Version 3.0 --- Effective Date: August 18, 2026
This Cookie Policy (this “Policy”) explains how VLXM LLC uses cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage objects, and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) in connection with the websites located at wellnessfromwithin.life (the public Wellness From Within site) and www.vilixium.com, including all subdomains of each (including the members area at members.vilixium.com and the partner and CRM portal at portal.vilixium.com), checkout flows, member accounts, and digital features (collectively, the “Services”). Wellness From Within is the Private Membership Association (the “PMA”). VLXM LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“VLXM LLC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is the company that operates the Vilixium® brand and commercially supports the PMA under licence from its parent company. Read it together with our Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those documents.
The Services are operated from the United States and offered to U.S. users; membership and purchasing are not available to non-U.S. residents. Cookies are deployed for users of the Services as described in this Policy, subject to user choices and applicable law.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small data files or similar tracking technologies placed on or associated with your browser, device, application, or network session when you access online services. Some Cookies last only for your browser session; others persist until they expire or are deleted. Cookies can be set directly by us (first-party) or by third parties acting on our behalf or through integrations (third-party).
2. Why We Use Cookies
Depending on how you interact with the Services, Cookies may be used to operate and secure the Services; maintain user sessions; remember preferences; support the members-only cart and checkout; recognize returning users; prevent fraud and abuse; measure traffic and engagement; understand navigation; support customer service and account features; attribute affiliate referrals and commissions; measure marketing performance on public surfaces; and, where permitted by law and only on public surfaces, support advertising measurement.
3. Categories of Cookies We May Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
Required for the Services to function and cannot be disabled through our website controls. They enable page navigation, secure areas, cart and checkout, session maintenance, member login, fraud prevention, and security controls.
3.2 Functional Cookies
Help us remember preferences and choices you make, such as display settings and similar user preferences, to provide a more convenient experience.
3.3 Analytics and Performance Cookies
Help us understand how users interact with the Services — pages visited, traffic routing, features used, errors, and time on page — so we can improve design, performance, security, and usefulness. Plausible Analytics is used as cookieless aggregate measurement (pageviews and custom goals without personal profiles or cross-site advertising identity) and is not controlled by the optional analytics category in our cookie banner; optional marketing-attribution tools (such as Triple Whale on public surfaces) are gated by your cookie preferences.
3.4 Advertising and Measurement Cookies (Public Surfaces Only)
On our public surfaces only, these Cookies may measure marketing performance, understand which campaigns lead to visits or applications, limit repetitive ads, and attribute conversions. California privacy law recognizes that sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising can trigger opt-out rights. We do NOT run advertising, measurement, or cross-context behavioral-advertising Cookies on members-area pages that present the wellness assessment, and we do not attach any consumer health data to advertising or measurement technologies.
3.5 Affiliate and Referral Cookies
Used to recognize when you arrived through an affiliate link, referral link, or creator code, and to attribute resulting memberships and purchases for program administration, commission tracking, fraud detection, and dispute resolution. Affiliate cookies do not carry wellness-assessment responses or other consumer health data.
4. Information Collected Through Cookies
Depending on the technology and your interaction, Cookies may collect or be associated with information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, click behavior, referral URL, ad interactions (public surfaces), cart status, session and account identifiers, approximate geolocation inferred from IP, and purchase-attribution data. Where Cookie information is linked with other information we hold about you, we treat the combined information as personal information as required by law. Consumer health data from the wellness assessment is not collected through advertising or measurement Cookies.
5. Third-Party Cookies and Technologies
We may permit certain third-party service providers and integrations to place Cookies to provide services to us, including ecommerce functionality, payment processing, analytics, affiliate tracking, marketing measurement (public surfaces), customer communications, security, and fraud prevention. These third parties may collect information directly from your browser or device, subject to their own policies. We do not control third-party technologies once deployed and are not responsible for their independent practices. We do not permit third-party advertising technologies on members-area assessment pages.
6. Cookies and Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly use Cookies to collect personal information online from children under 13. Persistent identifiers such as cookies and IP addresses can constitute personal information in certain child-directed contexts under COPPA. If we learn that such information has been collected without legally required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
7. Your Choices Regarding Cookies
Most browsers allow you to review, block, restrict, or delete Cookies through browser settings, and to be alerted when Cookies are set. If you disable or reject certain Cookies, some features — including cart, checkout, login, account retention, personalization, or support — may not work correctly. Where we provide a cookie banner or preference center, you may manage certain categories where available and legally appropriate. Strictly necessary Cookies may remain active because they are required to operate the Services.
8. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
There is no universally adopted standard for traditional “Do Not Track” browser signals, and the Services do not necessarily respond to all such signals uniformly. However, to the extent required by applicable California law, and where technically feasible, we process recognized opt-out preference signals (such as the Global Privacy Control) as requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with the browser or device from which the signal is sent.
9. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information Through Cookies
We do not represent that all Cookie-based activity constitutes a sale or sharing under every law. Some uses of advertising or measurement technologies on public surfaces may be treated as “sharing” under California law when they involve cross-context behavioral advertising. If California law applies to you and you wish to opt out, use the method made available on the Services or contact us at contact@vilixium.com. We never treat consumer health data as saleable or shareable, and never load it into advertising or measurement Cookies. See our California Privacy Rights / Do Not Sell or Share Notice.
10. Data Retention
Different Cookies remain active for different periods. Some are session-based and expire when your browsing session ends; others are persistent and remain until a specified expiration date or until manually deleted. How long a Cookie remains active depends on its purpose, technical configuration, browser settings, and whether it is first-party or third-party.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, the Services, our business practices, or third-party providers. When we do, we will post the updated Policy and revise the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
