This Medical Disclaimer (this “Disclaimer”) applies to all information, content, marketing materials, product descriptions, member-area content, articles, social media content, email and SMS communications, customer support communications, and other materials made available by VLXM LLC through the websites located at wellnessfromwithin.life (the public Wellness From Within site) and www.vilixium.com, including all subdomains of each (including the members area at members.vilixium.com and the partner and CRM portal at portal.vilixium.com), related digital channels, and all related communications (collectively, the “Services”). Wellness From Within is the Private Membership Association (the “PMA”). VLXM LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“VLXM LLC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is the company that operates the Vilixium® brand and commercially supports the PMA under licence from its parent company. This Disclaimer is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

1. Dietary Supplements; No Medical Claims

Vilixium® products are dietary supplements as defined under the U.S. Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. They are not drugs, medical devices, or medical treatments.

These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Any structure/function statement, lifestyle benefit description, or general-wellness statement made about the products is presented only within the members area, is accompanied by the disclaimer above, and should not be interpreted as a disease, drug, or therapeutic claim. The public areas of the Services carry no product claims.

2. FDA Facility Registration; Not a Product Approval

Manufacturing facilities used in the production of Vilixium products are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration under Section 415 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. § 350d), in accordance with 21 C.F.R. Part 1, Subpart H. Facility registration is administrative in nature: it confirms that the facility has notified FDA of its existence and the activities it conducts. It does not constitute FDA approval, endorsement, certification, or evaluation of (i) any product manufactured at the facility, (ii) the safety or efficacy of any product, (iii) any structure/function or health-related statement, or (iv) the labeling or marketing of any product. Nothing on the Services should be construed to suggest that any product has received FDA approval, endorsement, evaluation, certification, or review of its claims, formulation, or safety. No product-level FDA registration exists for dietary supplements.

3. No Medical Advice

The Services, our products, and any information made available through the Services are provided for general informational, educational, and lifestyle wellness purposes only. They do not constitute and are not intended as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis of any condition, treatment of any condition, therapeutic recommendation, nutritional counseling, pharmaceutical advice, mental health advice, or any other form of professional medical or clinical service.

4. The Members-Area Wellness Assessment and Live Blood Analysis Content Are Not Diagnostic

The members area may include an optional wellness assessment that asks how you have generally been feeling in order to personalize your member experience. The assessment is not a medical or diagnostic tool, does not diagnose any condition, and its results are not medical advice. Any Live Blood Analysis or darkfield-microscopy content that may be referenced within the members area is educational only: Live Blood Analysis is a non-validated observational methodology, is not a diagnostic test, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no product claim or health outcome should be inferred from it. Your participation in the assessment is voluntary and consent-based, and your answers are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

5. Use at Your Own Risk; Individual Results Vary

Use of any Vilixium® product is at your own risk. Individual experiences, results, and tolerances vary and are influenced by many factors outside our control, including your age, sex, genetics, diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress, exercise, medications, supplements, and pre-existing conditions. Past or anecdotal results — whether published as member stories, depicted in marketing materials, shared by affiliates, or otherwise communicated — are not guarantees, predictions, or warranties of any future result and may not be typical. You should discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reaction, allergic reaction, gastrointestinal discomfort, or other unexpected response after using any product.

6. Pregnancy, Nursing, Children, and Sensitive Populations

Our products are not intended for use by individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or attempting to conceive without prior consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Our products are not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. Our products are not intended for use by individuals with any medical condition, those taking prescription medications, those scheduled for surgery, or those with known allergies or sensitivities to any ingredient, without prior consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Allergens and Ingredients

You are responsible for reviewing the product label for ingredients and known allergens before use. In the event of any inconsistency between marketing or member-area content and the product label, the product label controls. We do not represent that any contributor’s experience is representative of the experience that any other individual will have. All testimonials are subject to our internal review and compliance procedures, applicable law and required disclaimers.

9. Third-Party Information

The Services may include or link to information provided by third parties, including practitioners, researchers, writers, affiliates, and other sources. Third-party content reflects the views of those parties and does not constitute medical advice from us. We do not endorse, adopt, or assume responsibility for the accuracy of third-party content and disclaim all liability arising from your reliance on it. Affiliates who reference our products are independent of us and may not represent us except to the extent expressly authorized in writing.

10. Emergency Situations

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or seek emergency medical care immediately. Do not rely on the Services, our products, or any communication from us in an emergency.

By purchasing any Vilixium® product, by completing the member checkout process, and by accepting these and our other governing documents, you acknowledge, represent, and affirm to us that you have given your informed consent to the purchase and use of the product. Informed consent, for purposes of this Disclaimer, means that you have read and understood the following material facts and have decided to proceed with full awareness of them:

(a) Vilixium® products are dietary supplements and not drugs, medical devices, or medical treatments.

(b) Statements made about the products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

(d) The Services and our products do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for the advice of a qualified, licensed healthcare professional.

(e) Individual results vary, are not guaranteed, and may not match the experiences depicted in member stories, testimonials, reviews, or marketing materials.

(f) You are responsible for reviewing the product label and ingredients before use, and for discontinuing use and consulting a qualified healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reaction.
